The situation
A large, operating resort community was adding a 159-site park model phase. Residents and guests stayed in place throughout. Grex was brought in with construction already underway, the schedule under pressure, and the project's history spread across baseline schedules, meeting notes and email.
What Grex ran
The first job was one schedule of record. Grex rebuilt the master schedule from the source records, with every date traced to where it came from, and held it from then on: revised as the work moved, never overwritten.
From there: permits, requests for information and utility tie-ins tracked to closure, including fire line and meter work with the utility; the park model chain from order through delivery and set; site addressing reconciled with the county into one clean record for every site in the community; entry security and signage selected and scheduled; and a weekly owner, architect and contractor meeting cycle with an agenda, talking points and recorded outcomes.
What carried forward
A full retrospective across twelve workstreams, turned into templates and playbooks for permits, requests for information, park model installation, procurement and schedule impact. They are how Grex runs construction on every project now.
